Our Rooms

The Beach Hotel has 32 rooms all tastefully furnished and designed to reflect traditional Regency style architecture and yet ensure the necessities of modern day living. Features include colour television, tea and coffee making facilities a hairdryer and more.

All rooms have full en-suite facilities whilst most of them enjoy fine views of the seafront and West Pier.

In the dinning area you can enjoy a full English or a continental breakfast.

Lunch and Dinner is available at The Regency Restaurant.

Homemade Breakfast

Indulge in a delightful breakfast featuring seasonal, locally sourced ingredients prepared fresh each morning.

Location

Take in the fresh air and enjoy the serene surroundings, with many bars, clubs, coffee shops and the famour Regency restaurant a minutes walk, perfect for morning coffee or evening relaxation. We are just 10 minutes walk to the city centre too.

All room come with a private en-suite bathroom, complete with towels, complimentary toiletries, and shower.

Double Room This room features a TV, free tea and coffee facilities and many boast views of the sea front or West Pier. Each private bathroom also includes a hairdryer.

Triple

Family rooms, which are for 4 people with a configuration of 1 double bed and 2 single beds, or 4 singles if preferred.

All beds are Zip and Link. If you would like a standard doubles please request, subject to availability.

Basement

Double or Twin Room – Basement This room features a TV and free tea and coffee facilities. Each private bathroom also includes a hairdryer. All beds are Zip and Link. If you would like a standard double please request, subject to availability.

Your room may be in the basement, if you would prefer not to be please inform the hotel prior to arrival. This is subject to availability.
