50 miles from London, 28 miles from Gatwick Airport, and only 15 minutes walk from Brighton train station.
Directions by car
From the M25 motorway: Exit at Junction 7 onto the M23 south. Continue on the M23 onto the A23.
Follow signs to Brighton and on reaching the town, follow signs for the seafront. Turn left onto the Kings Road/A259 (seafront road) and you’ll find Regency Square and the Beach Hotel directly opposite the grand West Pier.
From the South West/Exeter: Follow the A30 to Honiton and join the A35 passing Dorchester turning onto the A31. Take the A31 onto the M27 continuing onto the A27 all the way to Brighton. Follow signs for Brighton seafront, turn onto Kings Road/A259 (seafront road) and you’ll find Regency Square and the Beach Hotel directly opposite the grand West Pier.

Pay and display parking is available underneath Regency Square, and on the seafront.
By train
Walking from the train station will take approx. 25 mins. Head South, straight down Queens Road,
shortly to be renamed Ocean Boulevarde, which at the clock tower turns into West Street. Once at
the seafront turn right onto Kings Road. Kings Road is the main seafront road where you can see the famous Brighton Pier to your left and a little further along the beautiful West Pier to your right.
Regency Square and the Beach Hotel is directly opposite the West Pier.
A taxi from the train station would take about 5 mnutes.
